Jorge Pomar was fashioned within the early 2000s between graffiti and rave tradition. He’s co-founder of the publishing home Bucle, La Baranda gallery, Hogar events and founding father of Casa Omar, an area for residencies and exhibitions energetic between 2012 and 2022 in Buenos Aires.
In 2018 he was chosen for the artist program on the CIA. He held workshops with Diana Aisenberg, AB-ELE and took part in seminars led by Alberto Goldenstein, Guillermo Ueno, Martín Reyna, Dolores Casares, Oscar Smoje, Mariano Sapia, Jorge Gonzáles Perrin and Javier Abarca.
Pomar maintains a marked curiosity within the city panorama. The exploration of the wall as a floor of enunciation is deployed within the growth of large-scale murals in private and non-private areas, in addition to the deconstruction in exhibition contexts.
